Review of the Future Oxfordshire Partnership (FOP)
This is a key decision required to be taken shortly by the Leader of the Council. The decision has not previously been included in the Cabinet work programme and advertised 28 clear days in advance.
The decision, if confirmed for the Cabinet meeting on 28 June 2024, would enable Cabinet to consider the future remit of Future Oxfordshire Partnership, a statutory joint committee, and give time to seek engagement from all councillors on that remit, in order to assist the Leader in representing the Council’s views. It was placed on the Cabinet work programme on 17 June 2024 when the report was provided at the request of the Leader.
The council is required to notify its Scrutiny Committee chair of the intention to make this decision.
This notice is published in accordance with regulation 10 of The Local Authorities (Executive Arrangements) (Meetings and Access to Information) (England) Regulations 2012 (Statutory Instrument 2012 No.2089).
